The defendant allegedly traveled to Atlantic City to meet two underage girls. He communicated with other adults using a chat app who said they would provide him with access to the children when he arrived.
The adults were part of an incest chat group and offered him access to the 8- and 10-year-old girls for $200. When the defendant was arrested in a parking lot in Atlantic City, he had condoms and more than $500 in his possession. He has been charged with Conspiracy to Commit Human Trafficking, Attempted Aggravated Sexual Assault, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He is facing decades in prison and hundreds of thousands in fines.
